Are you a stay at home mom looking to increase your income. I wanted to write this post because recently my sister has been considering this option quite seriously. You see, her husband recently lost his job and due to health problems had about a 6 week stretch where he was lying in bed trying to recover. To top it off she has been nursing a 3 month old baby and taking care of two toddlers. Sometimes, it seems like life just hands you all the bad stuff at once! The good part here is that the story does not stop there.
See, sometimes life can hand you great things all at once as well. Recently, her husband found a great job, the kids are feeling much better and she’s slowly finding a comfortable rhythm in life again. I share this because during this time my sister seriously considered what she was going to do for income. She considered piano, watching kids, and a plethora of other ideas as she was unsure what the doctors opinions were going to be regarding her husbands health.
Have you ever been in this situation? What would you fall back on? My sister was able to fall back on her piano teaching abilities to quickly bring in $1000 a month, not bad. However, I think there’s even bigger opportunities for moms out there who are looking for a part time income from home. You need to seriously consider what an income online could do for you and your family.
Affiliate marketing is one of those things. I’ve used affiliate marketing to generate most of my passive income online. Over the last year my wife and I were able to generate about $2500 a month average on top of my yearly salary… not bad. We are excited to see what this year might bring!
